1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may request an order cancellation before the order has shipped by contacting our customer support team at TCGGREEK@gmail.com

• If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

• Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under our Return Policy.

1.2 Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the listed release date for a full refund.

• Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a 10% processing fee.

• If the pre-order item is already en route to you, it cannot be canceled.
   

• 2.1 We sell Pokémon-themed merchandise. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Nintendo.
  2.2 Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are provided in good faith but may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel affected orders.

3.2 Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited strictly to the amount you paid for that order.
3.3 You agree that any legal claim must be directed only at TCGGREEK and not at individuals who work for or own the business.
3.4 You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against us.
