Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and verification requirements. Estimated processing times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, the package is no longer within our control. At this point, the carrier assumes full responsibility for the transportation, handling, tracking updates, and delivery of your shipment.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Damage occurring during transit

  • Any failure or refusal of the carrier to deliver the package

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and secure shipping address at checkout. Any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided (when available). Tracking information is managed and updated solely by the carrier. We cannot alter or expedite tracking updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Because shipment handling is outside our control, we do not issue refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Customers may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for resolution.

No Refunds After Shipment

All sales become final once an order has been shipped.
No refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be granted after the package has been handed over to the carrier, regardless of the delivery outcome.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Shipping risks transfer to the customer once the order is accepted by the carrier.

  • The company shall not be held liable for any issues occurring after shipment.

  • The customer will work directly with the carrier regarding claims or delivery disputes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipment or delivery issues. Our responsibility ends once the package is released to the carrier.

Given we are a new business we will do our best to assure your products are recieved, But ultimately we have no control once shipped. 

What we can Offer

Generally speaking if a package is stolen or lost we cannot do much about it. What we can do is look into the matter together and see if we can find a resolution that suits everyones needs.
