All prodcuts are purchased from Japan and imported into Canada. Once your product has been shipped we have no control over what happens next. 

Final Sale Policy

• All TCG singles (individual cards), sealed TCG products, and collectibles (such as figures, plush, and accessories) are final sale.

• These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased.

All sales are final once an order has been shipped.
We are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or changes after a product has left our facility. This includes situations where the package is in transit or has already been delivered.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to assist with a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
